What to include
- A question that looks wrong: the subject, the first words of the question, and why you think the answer key is wrong. A book page or a teacher's note helps.
- Trouble signing in: whether you use a class account or one you created with Telegram, and what the page said. Never send your password.
- A security problem: what you found and how to see it. This mailbox is private; please do not post details publicly first.
What we cannot do
We cannot recover an account you created with Telegram, or its progress: both exist only in your browser, and there is no copy on a server. The privacy page explains why.
