Where Svaeng-Yul stands
Svaeng-Yul is a free, early preview for practising medical multiple-choice questions. It is for study only: not medical advice, and not a copy of any real exam. The numbers and switches below are read from the running site each time this page loads.
Updated 22 September 2026
What works today
- Medical portal
- Practise 1,750 questions across 5 subjects, and see your score and the answer key when you finish.
- Your own questions
- Write private question sets and practise them: up to 6 sets and 24 questions in one browser.
- Accounts
- Sign in with a class account, or create your own with a code from the Telegram bot. An account you create lives in the browser that created it, for 30 days.
- Study hints
- Written by a self-hosted model when it answers, and a fixed study prompt when it does not. Model hints are checked for wording that gives the answer away, and can still be wrong.
- Your progress
- Saved in this browser for 30 days after it last changed: your history, XP, badges, saved posts and question sets.
- Deleting your data
- Profile, then Settings, then “Delete data on this device”. The privacy page lists what that removes.
The question bank
- Published
- 1,750 questions in 5 subjects.
- Instructor review
- 0 of 1,750 questions have been reviewed by an instructor.
- Explanations
- 0 of 1,750 questions show a written explanation. Until a question is reviewed, the answer screen says so instead of explaining it. Check answers against your course materials.
What it does not do yet
- Sync between devices. Progress stays in the browser you study in. Another phone, or a cleared browser, starts empty.
- Pass reports to a person. “Report issue” saves your report on this device, but no reviewer can read reports yet. To reach a person, write to chnailab@gmail.com.
- Rank you against classmates. The leaderboard shows your own row; every other row is a labelled sample.
- Reset a password. An account created with Telegram exists only in its browser, so a forgotten password means creating a new account there.
- Open the other portals. Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Data Science, AI Engineering are listed as under maintenance and cannot be opened.
- Work in Khmer. The app is in English. Khmer text in the questions displays in a Khmer font.
- Take payments. Svaeng-Yul is free, and there is no way to pay.
How it runs
- Hosting: Vercel. This page was served from Washington, D.C., United States.
- No database. An account you create and your progress are signed cookies in your browser. The server reads them to answer each request and stores nothing; a running server can hold a copy in memory until it restarts.
- Updates are deployed by hand after the automated checks pass, so the site can change without notice during the preview.
- No uptime guarantee and no status monitor yet. If something is broken, write to chnailab@gmail.com.
Who to write to
No company is registered behind Svaeng-Yul. For help, privacy and deletion questions, a wrong answer, or a security problem, write to chnailab@gmail.com. The contact page says what to include.
